Call recording is a great tool for staff training & monitoring, PCI compliance and resolving disputes.

With Love VoIP, we put the management of call recording directly into your hands.  You can activate and deactivate it whenever you like via the online customer portal.

You have different call recording options to choose from;

1. Record incoming calls per telephone number
2. Record outbound calls per extension
3. Record all incoming & outgoing

You will have access to all of the call recordings on the customer portal, where you can search for the recording by Date, time or telephone number and also download them to keep for future use.

Your free and included call recording package stores all of your data for 7 days.  You can store as much data for this duration as you need, with no limit on the amount of recording data.

If you need to keep your call recording data for longer than 7 days, you can choose to either download the data and store it yourself, or you can upgrade your call recording plan.  We have paid for packages which range from 1 month (for just £5 per month) right through to our platinum unlimited plan, so whatever your need, you will find a plan that’s right for you.

Once activated, the calls will be recorded automatically, there is no need for any other manual action to do.
